This was the first time ever using a childminder and Bal responded to my initial message so quickly. She was absolutely lovely and so reassuring throughout the whole process and also very welcoming on the drop-off day. The setting was wonderful too and looked so fun for children.

My child had a fantastic time and came home with lots of lovely little things to tell me. I would highly recommend Bal and can’t thank her enough for making the experience amazing!
