Nawal was prompt, friendly and readily engaged with my kids, who were a bit unsure about being left. She talked to them about their computer game, read them two stories each, and played a board game with my eldest. I asked my kids how I should rate her - my seven-year-old gave her 4.99 stars out of 5, my five-year-old 10 out of 5. Would happily recommend Nawal to other parents.
