Lou has been looking after my daughter since she was 8 months old. Now, aged 3 we are beginning the process of transitioning her to a preschool setting. As a Solo parent with little support around, it was imperative that my daughters early years were spent in a nurturing and loving environment that would be akin to my own home and core values as a parent, a home from home.
I first met Lou when I was pregnant and again with my daughter when she was a few months old and I knew she was the right choice for us. Over 2 years later and I have absolutely no regrets about this decision. My Daughter loves spending time with her and has developed into a smart and funny little girl under her care. Lou & Roy really see her as part of their family and us them.
Lou came to the rescue when my daughter had to go into hospital with tonsillitis, and has been a great help, offering respite care when I’ve needed it most. She truly has my daughters best interest at heart and is always on hand to offer help and advice. Choosing the right childcare can be a minefield but honestly Lou was the best decision and I could not recommend her highly enough if you are in the process of looking for your own child. They really go above and beyond to make sure your child is happy & well cared for in an inclusive and positive environment.
