Louise (Lu) and Roy are perfect that I have been looking for in a childminder. My daughter Aaradhya was 14 months when we started at Lu in October 2021, as you can imagine, this was a hugely anxious time, as she had very little contact with other children or adults prior to this point due to COVID. I was torn between nursery and a childminder. After a short conversation with a few people locally, and after speaking to Lu and Roy, we knew this was the right place for her. Because of being a pampered Covid baby, Aaradhya was not easy to settle from first day she went. But Lu was fantastic in helping her settle. She went above and beyond and constantly posted photos/ videos up so we can see how she is doing. Lu helped her settle with patience and gave us as many settling sessions as we needed. She creates a fun and educational environment and is very attentive to development opportunities and logs these, so I never feel I miss out on important milestones. They’re very educational and fun. In a very short amount of time of attending here Aaradhya is already able to do so much more. She began walking, she can draw on a piece of paper, and confidently climb on and off of toys and stairs, can eat independently and is soo good at table etiquettes. She couldn’t do all this before, and I feel I couldn't have taught her all this better. I’m so excited for Aaradhya’s future at this fantastic setting. Lu and Roy are both very kind, patient and fantastic childminders. I am very glad and lucky that we found them. I’ll always be grateful for how lovely they both are.
