Feel sad that we were let down

Feel sad that we were let down after we visited I had hopes that this childminder was going to help us but then cancelled us before my son had even started .

Hello Zoe, I feel sad that despite our communications and me explaining to you why i no longer had the availability, that you decided to write this review.
Your child had not started with me, and we had not signed a contract.
You pretty much just admitted that in your ‘review’
Sometimes Zoe, things can happen to change an outcome as I explained to you.

Excellent childminder

My little girl has been going to Carolines childminding service since she was 10 months old and she loves the time that she spends there. Caroline provides a caring and educational setting with lots of activities and trips to keep my little girl entertained and support her learning and development.
Caroline is professional and friendly; ensuring that she keeps me updated about what my little girl has been doing and sending pictures of activities that they have done.
I would highly recommend Caroline.

Fantastic childcare provider

After maternity leave was over unfortunately I had to seek childcare and return back to work as we do! however I was very concerned and anxious to whom I left my baby girl with...I'm also an experienced mother of 6 and 2 grandchildren!!
I found Caroline on here we had a good chat even went to her house where she showed me around, and she has a fantastic play room dedicated for all the children which is amazing.
My baby girl went on quiet a few settling in periods so both she and Caroline could get know each other before starting permanent if that was to be.
Well I shouldn't of been anxious or worried at all because they've got on brilliant from day one, Caroline even send me pics to show me what their doing. Caroline takes the children to varied playgroups, farms, parks etc she always maintains they are happy and we'll cared for and even knows the children's characters and their different cries kids have to let us know if tired, I'll etc
Caroline always ensures the children have a well balanced diet.
Also Caroline has introduced a communication diary between herself and parents which she updates on a daily basis on how my princess is doing, what's she done, eaten, drank and even to how many wet n soiled nappies she's had!!!
My baby has come on leaps and bounds and I'd definitely recommend her to any of you seeking childcare.

Amazing, Reliable and flexible

Me and my wife have never been so happy with our decision to go ahead with Caroline. Our son has been with her for 3 months and has developed very quickly. She ensures they meet the EYFS standards and at the same time makes sure our child enjoys his time. Highly recommended.
