Eunice and Sam come across as very lovely people how ever they do not communicate or give you updates on your child’s learning or progress often, I received a few photos here and there. I toilet trained my daughter in the summer of 2024 and buy January 2025 she was fully toilet trained however they refused to take my child out of nappies in February I had approached Eunice and asked her to give me updates on my child’s progress with her toilet training in they’re setting as it was only there she wear nappies, Eunice told me I was asking too much and told me she refused to take my child out of nappies. I told her I was not happy with her response and that she should be willing to work with me instead of telling me no it’s not happening. She also told me she refused to because of how much her carpets cost, so basically her carpets were more important than my child’s development.
Also on a separate occasions I questioned her about the fees as her long break down did not make any sense and that she was not allowed to charge me a top up fee for the 15 free hours she then replied with an attitude, stating if I am not happy the leave.
She also called me in to discuss my child and sat next to me with her arms crossed making loud “hmmm” as I spoke with her husband’s. I asked both of them to stop on several occasions and so she stormed out the room.
Eunice comes across as lovely people until you have concerns and questions. I would much rather my children be looked after by people that work with parents who have concerns and not treat them as if they have no right to ask questions.

It is very sad that you could bring yourself to give us a low review after the high level of support we rendered to you, and your children in our setting despite their bad and inappropriate behaviours. We are mandated to give you updates on edcational and developmental matters and this we did regularly and verbally at pick up. Potty training is your responsibility and we are there only to help and support. This we did happily until you started enforcing it on us and stressing the child. Remember, we started the potty training and not you, as you claimed in your review. Many parents that their children have passed through here can attest to how we support in Potty training and are thankful to this day.
On the issue of top up, have you ever been charged by us? Have you paid any top up to us?
Life is so short and we all need to be truthful and fair.
You do not need to bad mouth our business if it is not a good fit for you anymore after almost 2 years that your children have been with us.
You are just an ungrateful one as we have had none until you showed up and we are really sorry we opened our door to you and your children.
We wish you and your children the best with your new child minder, who would provide free services to you as that is what you want and also deal with your constant lateness with no remorse or payment.

As a parent, the safety and well-being of my child is my top priority. So when it came to choosing a childminder, I was extremely anxious. But then I found Eunice and all my worries vanished. My daughter has been with her since 2021, and I can confidently say that Eunice and her husband are the best! Not only is my daughter happy, but she's also meeting all her milestones and learning new things every day. She loves spending time with Eunice so much that every holiday period is a struggle as she wants to be with her all the time. If you're looking for a safe and nurturing environment for your child, look no further than Eunice. I'm grateful for all that she's doing and the peace of mind she's given me. Thank you, Eunice!

If you are looking for a reliable, honest and caring childminder then Eunice is the person. She loves what she does, she is very professional and very organised and very clean. She looked after my son very well and I will definitely recommend her services.

My son has bone been with Eunice for almost 1 year ( if not 1 year ) and there’s nothing bad to say about this lady !!!! She’s an angel and has sooooo much patience!!!! I’m saying this because my son isn’t easy and she absolutely amazing !!! Also her husband is so so lovely!!
If you’re looking to leave your child in care and not worry , please contact this lady and you’ll not be disappointed !!!

Eunice is absolutely lovely !! She looks after my son and she’s sooo good with him ( he is very naughty ) but she has a lot of patience. Also my older son goes to her when is off school . I give him the choice to go to clubs , but he always wants to go to Eunice !!! She and her husband are excellent. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for childcare. Children are very happy there .

Eugene and Samson are amazing people with a lot of compassion, empathy, and love for kids. My daughter enjoys spending time in their home, she always comes back smiling.

If you are looking for a reliable, honest and caring service then Eunice is the place to go. Eunice loves what she does and has looked after my daughter like her own since when she was a baby. I am never worried when I leave my daughter at Eunice because I am confident she is in safe hands.
My daughter loves her and her home is a home away from home. It is always clean and tidy.
I would recommend Eunice anytime.

Eunice has looked after my 3 children for almost 3 years. She is a great lady who I leave my children with without having any reason to worry.
She loves the children and the children love her so much that they want to go there even at the weekend.
I am grateful I met her, she helped me survive studying a nursing degree with 3 children.
Highly recommend..

I am single mother and full time student and she is been very helpful for me , my daughter been with her the past 2 years and she been always able to help me anytime I need . She is good with the kids my daughter love her . The space is really good and adapt to children’s . I highly recommend her . She just safe my life is not easy to found someone reliable to drop out little one .

A MOTHERS THANK YOU ♥️The best childminder I have had A small gesture of thank you for the best childminder I have ever had I used to drop nirvair off st 3:45am to get to London city for 4:30am and sometimes pick her at 10pm when our flights were delayed. Never once had I ever had to worry about anything. Eunice babatumde was a blessing for me when I needed it a gem of a person and an amazing childminder she has truely set the bar high for me and I hope the next childminder can touch it. The house was always clean she always had a cot ready for my baby to sleep in looked after her like a second mother to the point where my baby would call her Aunty nunice and demand to go to her house on my days off. When I injured my foot and was unwell even when I rang in sick Eunice would care for my children and give me the break I needed. Her service was seem less and she is the most humblest person I have met. My daughter would go to nursery looking making and well presented and fed. She also looked after my ten year old and her children are so polite well mannered and clearly know how to share and interact with others. Another amazing reason why Eunice is an amazing childminder. My son was well stimulated and Eunice’s house rules were so practical that the other children played whenever I went the atmosphere was happy , full of fun and safety was upmost. Once again thank you

I would just like to say how exceptional Eunice is. Staying temporarily in a Northfleet, I didn’t though no who to turn to or trust. However Eunice showed up at the right time. Being a mother for the first time and my little one teething badly I was worried to leave her alone but when I had picked her up, I was more than happy and relieved to have left her in the capable hands of Eunice. When you come into her home, you are truly welcomed by her family and my 9 month old daughter came home clapping for the first time! She has also been so flexible especially when I’ve encountered train delays. I’m just so happy to have met her and I can see the wonderful effect she has on my daughter. I wanted to write this review because I believe it helps parents, especially new ones.

Eunice took started looking after my 4 year old son full time in 2017. He has special needs and she has given lots of support to prosper in her home.
She maintains a high level of efficiency, flexibility and cleanliness as well as keeping a positive attitude at all times.

Eunice has been very flexible due to my working hours. My three boys really enjoy spending time with her and husband. I would highly recommend Eunice to anyone who was looking for a good, loving, reliable child minder.
