We decided to look for a childminder after our son was ill for 9 weeks after picking up a number of different bugs at nursery and were lucky enough to have been introduced to Heidi. After the initial settling in session I could see how lovely, kind and professional Heidi was and what a clean, child friendly and homely setting Heidi and her family provide. 4 months on and we couldn't have been happier that Heidi is our sons childminder. He absolutely LOVES Heidi and her family and can tell he has had a great day when we pick him up!
The care, attention and effort Heidi puts into caring for our son, communicating with us and keeping us informed is excellent. I never have to worry knowing that our son is with Heidi and couldn't rate her highly enough.
