Booked for a visit, Natasha not only never turned up, but also became 'unavailable' on the app such that i couldn't reach her! Highly unprofessional

I am really sorry that you feel this way, as you can see from previous and current clients I always aim to remain professional as well as reliable I also take great pride in what I do and how far I have come in my career. I have always been friendly with the families I care for and the children always ask when I will be returning.
To say you had a terrible experience is strong as my baby sitting services have never been used by yourself and we have only spoke via childcare.co.uk. You will also see in our message thread there are times when you have not responded to my messages. The visit you are referring to was not a job and was an unpaid gesture of good will for me to meet your family. I have sent you a message which again has not been acknowledged.
