I have used Leanne's babysitting/childminding service twice very recently, due to work commitments. She put my mind at ease with her quick, efficient responses to my e-mails, was punctual with smart appearance, and my children very quickly bonded with Leanne, putting my mind at ease that they would be happy with her.
