Jackie came to work for us following the birth of our third child. She was amazing from the start. Very professional, thoughtful, reliable, punctual and flexible. Jackie's approach is warm, supportive and non-judgemental. She is very knowledgeable and well versed in getting the baby into a good routine, whilst developing a lovely relationship with our baby. She was also more than happy to muck in with general household chores and to help with the older two children when needed. Jackie's presence, experience and support no doubt made what can be a difficult and exhausting stage with a newborn an easier and enjoyable experience.

More than a childminder

My name is Anna and I’m the mother of Luisa and Teresa, my 3 year old twin girls.
Jackie has been with us two years now but I liked her since the very first time I met her. It was soon crystal clear that not only she loves children very much but, thanks to her great experience, she perfectly knows how to manage them.
Without Jackie I would be lost. She is not only my girls’ beloved childminder but also a good friend to me always providing some good advice.

Shall I describe her in a few words, I’d just say that she is not just a great childminder, she is true peace of mind.
