I met Lynne to discuss childcare with her for my daughter. My daughter is my 1st child so this was all really new to me. I had discussed with Lynne my requirements and was due to secure my place when I was let down by a family member which meant my days for childcare had to increase. Unfortunately Lynne couldn't accommodate the new amount of days I needed, however she contacted all of the childminders she knew locally and recommended and really went out of her way to help me try to find another childminder at quite short notice. With her help I managed to find another lady and secure the days I needed care for my daughter. Without Lynne's help I really would have struggled.
