Amazing, caring and activity focussed childminder

I found Vitalija through this website when she relocated to my area. She cared for my then 13 month old for a year and I can honestly say she is amazing. Vitalija not only cares for all her children but also educates them constantly through explanations and setting good examples. She regularly takes them to parks, play centres, libraries and children's centres to do a variety of activities. She also does messy play, sensory play and imaginary play at home plus garden activities including sand, planting, mud kitchen and water play. Plus lots more stuff! Her menu is always healthy with a variety of home cooked food on offer. I genuiningly feel blessed to have found her and I still don't know how she has so much energy to do all she does with them. my son would happily wave goodbye to me when dropping him off and cry when I collected him because he didn't want to leave. I guess that speaks volumes.

Absolutely Fantastic!!!!!!!

Where do I start? Vitalija has been just the person we needed to care for our active little boy. Being my first child Vitalija completely made me feel at ease with her confidence and notable passion for working with children.
She was organised, thorough and clear in all her communication to me and more importantly was very personal in sending me photos, videos and text updates.
Vitalija's own family welcomed us so well and her own little boys are so well behaved and caring. I automatically was attracted to the way she encouraged all children in her care to play together and be kind to each other and my son particularly enjoyed the company of her own little boy!
Vitalija is very patient, caring and understanding and has been very flexible when we have needed her to me which we have personally appreciated a lot.
We would recommend Vitalija highly and her lovely family as she creates an environment that children will learn to thrive in.
I wish her all the best in all that she does.
We have certainly found a friend in you and your boys!

My rating for Vitalija is "Outstanding" with 5 sta

I can highly recommend Vitalija with a hundred percent confidence. She is hyper energetic childminder and keeps you updated with photos and videos during day which you can see the real feelings of your little one. My son was a shy boy in the beginning but Vitalija helped a lot in his progress of speech and confidence level. Now he became a more social boy with increased attention time. I could be able to see where my son was in the early learning development stage with periodic development letters Vitalija provided. She was like somebody from family, helped a lot with my son’s diet routine, my son started to eat vegetable with Vitalija. She was also really helpful with my son’s potty training period. Thanks very much Vitalija, for your support which was beyond the usual.
At home, Vitalija has lots of activity equipments, toys, books, messy plays … etc, but most important thing is that Vitalija has the motivation of using these materials with kids in an educational environment. She had a garden like one that nurseries have with lots of garden toys and imaginative ones and whatever the weather like, she let the kids out to play with their waterproofs, which was something I really like.

Thank you Vitalija

I met Vitalija at the time when I wasn’t even thinking of looking for a childminder for my little one. I could see and observe from the distance how she interacted and handled children, so I knew I wanted her to look after Jokubas when the time came. She's incredibly warm, friendly, gentle and caring and her approachable manner made me feel instantly confident and completely assured that Jokubas would be well looked after, stimulated, and more importantly happy and safe.
They did lots of creative arts and crafts projects, pretty much every day and they spent hours outdoors either in the playground or in her garden which was massive with lots of toys. Vitalija also seemed to do very well at encouraging the children to interact with each other in a thoughtful and kind way.
I knew that when I left Jokubas with Vitalija, I am leaving him with someone I trust implicitly and who is capable, trained and has his best interests at heart and I knew that he is really happy there.
I cannot recommend Vitalija highly enough. We were very sad to have to leave Vitalija (as she moved away from our area) and my son still talks about her.

brilliant and now a true friend ?

My son had the most amazing time with Vitalija. He was in her care for 10 months and he learnt so much. He has become a confident little boy around other children. Vitalija was so welcoming and has a big heart!
We will miss her now she's moved but hope other parents and children are as happy as we was.

Vitalija gave my son wings to fly.

I was concerned about my son's behaviour and development as well as providing him the right consistant interaction with other children his age.

I found Vitalija and after meeting with her I knew it was the right fit. He took to her straight away as she got onto his levelevel from the get go.

After just a short time with Vitalija, and the other children in her care, my son was showing massive improvements in his development, I couldn't believe the difference. And by the end of his time with her he had grown beautifully into a thriving toddler and at the right developmental stage suitable to his age group.

I had never left my son in anyone else's care before so i was quite anxious about it all. The wonderful thing Vitalija provides is updates on your child's day via pictures and videos. It was wonderful to recieve these as I felt I wasn't missing out on any firsts and was somehow part of it all.

I couldn't believe how much they were getting up to on a daily basis, things that I simply couldn't provide for him. So it was such a wonderful feeling seeing him be stimulated, active, adventurous, laughing, talking and most importantly being loved and part of a beautiful extended family.

Vitalija provides a fun but educational environment, where learning, experimenting and experiencing lots of different things is the foundation of the day.
There are no limits as far as I can see and she uses every material available to the children advantage.

Myself nor my son will ever forget what Vitalija has done for all of us, she truly gave my son his wings so he could fly with confidence and self belief in his own ability.

Outstanding by Ofsted, Outstanding by parents

Vitalija looked after my little boy from the age of 11 months when I returned to work. Knowing Charlie was with her made the transition back to work so much easier. During the time Charlie was in her care, he was diagnosed with non-verbal Autism at the age of 2. The support I received from Vitalija both professionally and personally was amazing. She even attended the Autism courses with me and worked closely with me to assist Charlie in his development. By this time I had a second child who also was looked after by Vitalija when I returned to work. Grace received the same fantastic level of care and they both were always doing lots of activities and learning lots with Vitalija. I can honestly say, as a single parent, that I would not have coped as well had it not been for Vitalija's help. She has become a close friend and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend that you leave your children in her care. She treats all the children as if they were her own. It was a very sad day when Charlie had to leave to attend pre-school with his sister. Any parent would be very lucky to have Vitalija involved in their child's care.

Superb!

I can't quite believe our luck finding Vitalija (Vit-tal-ya). She's become like a member of the family. She never lets me down, I can always rely on her to help me out at the drop of a hat, she is kind, caring & considerate, both my children adore her, it's always fun, and interactive at Vitalija’s house! My little boy was a bit shy at first but social skills, speech, confidence have developed beyond recognition. He gets to do so much when he's with Vitalija. She seems to have more to do at home in the way of equipment, books, toys, creative ideas and a dedicated play area than I have seen at any private nursery. She has a great garden filled with lots of mobile toys, playhouse, shed, sand pit, tents...you name it!
I seriously don't know where she gets her boundless energy from. Keep up the good work!

The best of the best

Vitalia looked after my 2 daughters and they enjoyed every minute at her premises. They never want to go home! She succeeded at managing special needs of one of my daughters. I know how challenging it could be. They were look after very well and made a rapid progress in their development. Vitalia loves children, enjoys her job and upgrade her professional qualifications regularly. In fact, she became a close family member for all of us.

Outstanding you can say that again

Vitalija has been minding our 27mth old son Kobe approximately 30hours a week for the last year. As a first time mum, I am extremely particular about the way my son is cared for and have very strong views on child care. I had reservations about leaving him with a childminder at first but after visiting a number of them myself, to say Vitalija stood out would be an understatement. She is caring, warm, patient and enthusiastic about her career in childcare and the children she cares for. My son adores her and her family and cant wait for the days he goes as he always has such a good time. I feel extremely comfortable leaving him with her knowing he is being loved, guided, and constantly educated. Vitalija provides a safe, creative and stimulating setting with lots of wonderful activities for him to partake in. She is always taking him on outings to the local farm, park, library; playgroups etc and make every trip a learning experience. She provides fresh home cooked meals and education to promote healthy eating. Vitalija ‘s communication with me is great. We make use of all types of technology to keep up on their busy days from phone calls and text messages to pictures and videos which I really enjoy receiving while at work. She keeps great records of his development and we have bi-monthly ‘catch ups’ to discuss his progress, any areas or concerns and ideas or areas to work on in the coming months. Kobe has really settled and thrived under her care, she is an excellent role model, with clear boundaries. She has maintained a professional but friendly relationship with me as a parent and is always very easily reachable, trustful and well organised. She is a good listener and welcomes any critical feedback or helpful information from a parent. I am so glad she's the one taking care of my son, I couldn't ask for more. It is absolutely no surprise to me that Ofsted awarded Vitalija an 'Outstanding' as it is clear she puts in 110% effort on a daily basis. Vitalija is a true professional and I would highly recommend her services to any parent looking for a caring, safe and interesting childminding setting for their child.
