Unreliable
I had interviewed Abbie and lined her up to work for me months in advance. I have a daughter with special needs and asked before employing her if she would be able to provide care along with looking after her 2 year old. She continually reassured me. 3 days into looking after my daughter she said she can no longer do the job. Leaving me in a predicament. Other childcare providers that I had lined up were now fully booked and it is very hard to find care in September when most parents have already booked places. This had put my job in jeopardy. She also signed a contract but breached it as she didn't even give me a month's notice. Just a text to say it was her last day. I asked her to at least provide care until the end of the month and she didn't even honour that.

Hi Firuza I’m sorry you feel this way however I think your missing out a lot of key details. I had been lined up for this job for months with you on a agreement of 3x hours a day however the Friday before starting (started on the Monday) you reduced this to 2x a day. You also haven’t paid me a penny for any of the hours I worked with you guys totalling £216.00 that you haven’t paid me a penny for. You also failed to mention about the constant lashing out from your daughter that put my 1 year old daughter at a lot of risk due to her strength. My daughter was absolutely petrified which you saw with your own eyes. My daughter has always come to work with me but I wouldn’t be able to work with a family when my 1 year old is being constantly hit, headbutted etc. To give me a low star for cleanliness is absolutely insulting and I would love to hear your reason for this. You’ve ignored every message about the payment that you owe me so let me know when you intend to make that payment.
