Melanie has been a wonderful after school nanny to my two children who were originally 8 and 11 for several years. It's made all the difference to know that we had someone so caring and reliable who was always there for the kids, and who was also easily capable of keeping them in line and treating them fairly even when they argued. The children are now older and we won't be needing her any more but she will make a brilliant, cheerful and loving addition to her new family.
