Euphemia, Portia and their team are wonderful. My girls felt loved, safe, and cared for. Their professional standards are great. Communication of progress, activities during the day, meals, gripes - everything we'd need to know, was covered.

There was never a time when I felt I couldn't reach out for any reason, or give extra instructions due to the nature of my eldest daughter's allergies. My eldest was cared for by Euphemia prior to Playhub being up and running. She was 14 months old, I was pregnant with our second child and nervous about whether I would find the right fit. My concerns were completely abated upon meeting Euphemia, so much so that, once it was time for me to go back to work, I was keen to get the girls into Playhub as soon as it was running.

It feels like a community. The cohort is inclusive, with children from a beautiful array of backgrounds, the team are flexible and accommodating and know how to put your mind at ease. I wish I could have taken them all with us! We moved across the country and upon leaving, the team produced the most thoughtful parting gestures that will forever be cherished by us.

I cannot overstate how great Playhub is. I just hope this review does them justice. It is run by individuals who genuinely care and fulfil their daily duties with joy - a joy that is infectious and truly felt by the children in their charge. We were very lucky to have found them early on.
