Punctual and good at engaging with the children.
However, our baby and toddler have somewhat of a nap and feeding schedule in place and my experience was that this nanny was more interested adapting a schedule to fit around her own requirements (meeting up in cafes with her friends and relatives and her own children) , rather than prioritising the children.
She also said she knew better than the mother or the health visitor about what the baby needed !
