Lauren has been an amazing help for our family. Our daughter started when she was just 1 and attended daily until recently at age 3 when we had to move house. We will always be grateful for all her help and the help of her wonderful assistants (Laura, Steph, Carol). She always kept me up to day via WhatsApp which I found really reassuring. Also as we lived very close to the Hilltop school she often picked my daughter up and dropped off which was so helpful for us. She was flexible so my daughter could first start with 2 shorter days a week, then 3, 4 longer days and eventually every day, as she really loved it there and my work picked up so we needed more help.
