I’m a parent of a son who has been with Sumia, our childminder, for over 2.5 years, and I can confidently say it has been a wonderful experience.
When my son first joined Sumia’s childcare, he wasn’t very social or interactive. But over time, she helped him gradually open up by engaging him in a range of social activities — whether it was playing with other children, visiting the local library, or going to nearby parks. Sumia has always shown genuine care and attention to my son. She worked closely on improving his communication skills, encouraging him to speak more confidently — something I didn’t expect from a typical childminder, and I truly appreciate her efforts.
She has always been very conscious about his health and safety, whether the children are playing in the garden or going out on trips. When my son turned 3.5 years old and started nursery, Sumia provided consistent and punctual pick-up service. I never received any complaints from the nursery, which gave me peace of mind.
I’ve always been happy with the way she manages his daily routine — from mealtime to nap time, and then play and reading sessions. My son has been in caring and capable hands, and I’m grateful for everything Sumia has done to support his growth and well-being.
