Toni has looked after my daughter before and after school since she was 9 years old. Lily is a quiet child who doesn't take well to change. Toni made Lily feel welcome & secure and soon we all were made to feel part of the family! Toni is very flexible. When I had late meetings or early starts she was more than happy to help out.
