Karla has looked after my 3 year old daughter a few times. My daughter is slow to warm up to new people and it was her first experience with a nanny. I was expecting my daughter to be upset about staying with someone new, but I was very happily surprised that by the second time that Karla came to look after her, my daughter was very excited and happy to stay with Karla. Karla was very good at playing with my daughter and following her lead, which kept her engaged the whole time she was here. My daughter tells me that she loves Karla every time she has been looked after her :)
