Karla came over to help me with my 2 year old in the evening so I could focus on his baby brother. She instantly connected with him and he couldn't wait to get down from the table to show her his toys (he even skipped pudding in his impatience do this, which is unheard of!).
Karla was careful to check with me for any important details / routine parameters she needed to work with, and then played with him tirelessly all evening. Despite him being tired from a long day at nursery she kept him so engaged and managed to avoid any "terrible 2" episodes! She was also brilliant at his bedtime and he went down with zero fuss.
I'm really glad to have found Karla and would have no hesitation in recommending her (other than the fact it might mean she's not available when I hope to use her again!)
