This was the first time we'd left our three-year-old son with a babysitter he didn't already know, so we were a little nervous. Karla made us and our son feel comfortable straight away. She arrived on time, and showed genuine interest in our son. She really knows how to make children comfortable. I will definitely be booking her again!
