This was the first time I had left my child alone with a babysitter however Karla was very quick to build rapport with him in a gentle but friendly way to the point where he didn’t even notice when I left and came back into the room. The next session he was very happy to see her and he felt comfortable to stay with her and play which was very reassuring for me. Karla is also punctual and very professional.
