I am a young fun, energetic, caring and loving individual living in Finsbury Park, Islington, North London area.I have many years of experience working with children and young people. I am very committed and passionate about everything I do. I’m a sociable person and have gained skills to enable me to communicate with people and the public effectively, which not only allows me to work as part of a team but also work independently with confidence. I feel with my skills, I am able to work as a positive role model for those who need positive motivation and encouragement.
I have been a key worker for 6 years and have gained the ability to meet the needs of children on their individual needs. I have also worked in line with other professionals and maintained positive relationships with parents to ensure the child is receiving quality care and health. I am confident that I can bring my varied experience with me to work.
My Experience
I am an experienced, qualified, and caring nanny with many years of experience caring for children.
In addition to working full-time in a nursery as a nursery practitioner for 6 years in the crouch end area of which I left to have my daughter whom is 6 years old now, I have worked as a nanny full time also a part-time babysitter for several families. I would like to add that my mum became guardian to my three little cousins when they was all under the age of 1 but are now the ages of which are 14, 8 & 9. This experience and the fact that I had them to care and cook for have helped me develop exceptional child caring skills.
I currently volunteer at Highbury Estate Youth Scheme, a children’s charity for disadvantaged children which is once a week on a friday morning/afternoon.
I enjoy children’s company immensely and find nothing is more rewarding than taking care of them and watching them develop. I believe in creating a positive, happy environment for children, one in which they feel protected and can thrive. I have good organizational and communication skills, which I believe are among the most important skills for a nanny.
