I was really anxious about leaving my baby boy with a childminder for the first time, but Shaista and her wonderful team have completely put my mind at ease. From the start, she took the time to get to know him and made sure he felt safe and comfortable. Now he absolutely loves going there—he’s always smiling when I drop him off and happy when I pick him up.

She’s incredibly caring and attentive, and I can tell she genuinely loves what she does. She prepares fresh, home-cooked meals every day, which I really appreciate, and she always gives me a full update on how his day went. It’s clear she runs her setting with so much care, warmth, and professionalism.
