I stumbled across Joanna when I was looking for someone to look after my 11 month old twins. From the very first moment we met her I was struck by her warm and caring nature. My boy girl twins have been with her for the last 18 months and I can’t recommend her and the team highly enough. The level of care, patience and understanding is outstanding. She knows both of my twins as individuals, understanding each of their needs, and tailoring their care in order to help them develop and grow. Going back to work is tough, but I have always felt assured that my children are in a safe and caring environment. She has helped them to learn so many new skills and nurtured them every step of the way. When I was first looking for a childminder I read a review on this site which said ‘if you can get a place with Joanna, grab on to it and don’t let go!’, they weren’t wrong and it will be a very sad day when my twins move onto the next stage!
