Didn't bother responding to messages after agreein
After responding to my advert and meeting her, Natasha cancelled at the last minute a settling in day with my child and her reason was that her child had a sickness bug, which is understandable. What isn't acceptable is I contacted her a few days later to see if she would still able to have my child later that week and pick him up from school which she completely ignored.
There was NO communication from her since she stated that her child had a sickness bug the night before she was meant to have my child . She did not contact me since that day. The claim in her response below that she explained that her child had an allergic reaction and was in hospital is FALSE.
Honesty should be one of the first traits of a childcare provider and she is not being honest in her response below.

Unfortunately as I explained, son was in hospital suffering from a serious allergic reaction, we stayed in for one week having tests so I’m afraid responding to your message was not my priority. My apologies I did forgot to respond once we returned home.
I do hope you have now found childcare.
