Tia is Spanish for aunt and that definitely describes the relationship we have with Sofia and her lovely family.
Our daughter has been in Sofia’s care for over three years now (since she was 8 months old) and spends every Thursday with her (and her family). It has been clear from day one that Sofia cares deeply about the children she looks after from the photo updates throughout the day to the carefully prepared meals our daughter eats when she’s there.
Sofia has a zest for life and any chance to celebrate an event is seized complete with decorations, music and fun. Our daughter has loved being able to celebrate her friend’s birthdays (and her own) there. The invite to join even when it’s not a Thursday is such a thoughtful touch.
Her days with Sofia are enviable when we are stuck at work. We love that our daughter has been able to visit playgroups, explore local parks and visit National Trust parks, gardens and houses.
We will be sad when our daughter starts school next year but know that Sofia and her family have helped develop our confident and outgoing daughter and nurtured a love of food, dancing, music and language
