The best choce I have made for my child

I was very nervous when I started looking for childcare as I consider this as one of the most important choices to be made in my child's early life.
The first interview I have arranged was with Joanna (this was also the last one). I felt at ease in the first few minutes of this meeting for which I have trusted my gut feeling and gave her a call two hours later to ask her to look after our little girl. I am so happy I did so!
Joanna has warm and caring personality and kids love her. She has a great setting which is cosy but also stimulating as she has great virety of toys, games and activities. She has the skills and knowledge needed to help kids develope emotionally, physically and intelectually.
Joanna is well organised and maintains excellent lever of structure and communication with the parents. She is working alongside with them to ensure all kid's needs are met. I am getting daily updates from her and she always asks for my guidance which makes me feel part of my daughter's day.
It is great to find the right care for your little one as this makes real difference in their life but also in the life of the family as a whole.
In conclusion, I would strongly recommend Joanna as she is an excellent childminder who maintains high standards in all aspects of childcare but who is also a lovely caring person.
