Caitlin has been with us for over a year helping with our now 4 & 6 year olds. She is an absolute godsend! She is full of fun and very creative, with lots of fun ideas from arts & craft, treasure hunts, den building and fun foam unicorn baths. Both children adore her.
Caitlin is always chatty and upbeat whilst also being very responsible and reliable. She has never been late or had a day off.
Both children have their difficult moments and can struggle with sharing and fighting and she keeps calm and kind but also has the authority to manage it so it doesn’t escalate.
She’s also a really hard worker and has reorganised my cupboards and cleaned my home in times when kids are having tv time. I cannot recommend her more highly.
