Lucy has been looking after my two children and been part of my family for a year and a half now. She makes childcare look and seem so easy. She runs a home from home environment for children and provides fun and stimulating experiences on a daily basis. My children love spending time with Lucy and her family and are happy and confident to go into her setting. She provides comfort and care when I can't. She is very flexible and works with the parents and children to create a system that works for each family. She keeps me up to date throughout the day with photos and updates. She has also been amazing throughout Covid-19 and has changed her setting and procedures to keep the children and families safe and reassured.
