Char has been a brilliant nanny for our 12 year old son since September. She is considerate, responsible and very reliable. She hasn't missed a single day and has always communicated with us efficiently and clearly. We asked Char the difficult task of charming a rather grumpy pre-teen while at the same time being very strict with him: demanding that he does his homework and restricting the time he spends playing computer games. She managed this incredibly successfully, building rapport with our son, becoming a real friend for him, while maintaining authority when this was necessary. Her tasks included taking our son to after school activities, cooking at times and on occasion staying late into the evening and putting him to bed. Her good humour, cheerful attitude and creativity are all great assets and her interests, which include theatre and acting, make her a very interesting and stimulating person for any child and any family. We cannot recommend her more.
