Lena has looked after my son since he was a baby for over 10 years. During this time she has shown consistently high levels and professionalism and kindness. Her home is spotless and filled with toys and crafts and she has a spacious garden for the summer months. My son always looked forward to going to Lena's and made many friends. She treats the children in her care like her own and I trust her implicitly with the care of my son. Lena goes the extra mile by celebrating each child's birthday with a cake and candles and throws a Christmas party each year. She always provided feedback on my son's progress and how his day had been. She even collated a precious scrapbook of his time spent in her care.
