Due to COVID-19, our son never been out for a year and his behaviour became quite aggressive. We have found the right childminder Nicky, she had a warm welcome and a good way about her work with my boy. We are so pleased with Nicky but didn’t have much time.

Nicky has been looking after our 3 year old daughter for over a year now, and we could not be happier! Nicky is kind, caring, flexible and most importantly, I can leave my daughter with her knowing she is in safe hands! Nicky is great and Sarah loves spending time with her- Nicky has the perfect balance of planned activities, taking the children outdoor and learning / baking etc.! She does not take many children as she wants to be fully involved with them all and that makes for a perfect "home from home" caring environment. My daughter always talks fondly of what she does when she is at Nicky's and we are never in a position where she does not want to go (even after the long summer holidays!)- quite the contrary: she will happily hush me away in the morning, keen to get on with her day of fun with Nicky. I cannot recommend Nicky highly enough to all those of you who may be (like me) an anxious mother! Nicky sends pictures everyday as well as an account of how the day went! Entrusting your child to Nicky will bring you peace of mind when you see how caring, kind and organised she is.

I cannot recommend Nicky enough! She’s provided a safe and warm environment for both of my children, ages 2 and 5. Both of my boys adore her and love to chat away about all of the fun things they do at Nicky’s house. She plans a wide variety of fun and educational activities for the children every day, which has definitely helped with their development. She also takes the children outdoors often, even in cold weather, which they really enjoy.
Nicky has been particularly great during the coronavirus pandemic. She has gone out of her way to keep the children safe and healthy, including not taking on any more children. I’ve been quite cautious during this time, and Nicky has been really receptive about listening to my feelings on how best to keep my children safe during the pandemic. She’s also been so flexible and accommodating, which has been a blessing during this uncertain time. I am really grateful to have Nicky as our childminder and I would recommend her to any parent.
