Joanna is incredible. Perhaps like many moms, I was nervous about meeting a new nanny and about how things would go with my son. We needed a babysitter for just an evening visit to Sommerset, and this is just not a process that is easy for me - I prefer to meet the person, to really get to know them. But Joanna eased our minds right away. Not only is she incredibly clear from the outset, she provided all the necessary paperwork, but more importantly, she was so patient and understanding over the phone. She asked all the right questions about our child, and I could tell that they would have a lot of fun together. My child is shy and does not take to people right away, but immediately was content when meeting Joanna. They even wrote a story together with illustrations! I was really pleased. Most importantly, my child was really happy and felt so secure with Joanna. My child does not fall asleep easily, but with Joanna, everything was smooth. I really felt secure.

I must also point out that I too enjoyed Joanna! It felt like meeting a new friend. With the added bonus that Joanna was wonderful with my child.
