Doesn't offer "home cooked meals" as stated. More often than not my children would be fed fish fingers and chips and mostly, other oven food.

Completely unable to cope with children without additional needs let alone children with them! Constantly stressy, snapping or outright mean to the children (which was noted by a number of different family members who collected my kids from Claire).

After receiving this message from a nanny friend of mine who knew nothing about the problems we experienced with Claire, this was when I decided to stop using her childminding services:

"I don't know the whole story cos I couldn't hear but I've just walked past your childminder holding onto both of ****'s hands as if she's almost restraining him, she was walking fast and it looks like she was almost dragging him where he's trying to catch up with her and then cos it's crowded I couldn't see properly but looked like she slapped his hands (I can't garante that I 100% saw that though) to me, the whole thing just looked a little bit aggressive, and it was down the school in public, just worried me a bit for him if that's in public what does she do behind closed doors?... in the same breathe it could have looked worse than what it actually was but I obviously had to tell u what I saw, I wanted to go over there to see if he was okay but ***** was running towards the road so had to run after him and then when I went back couldn't find them! Just something maybe you should ask him when you see him later. I'm happy to chat on phone to explain what I saw if you want xxxxx"

I would post the actual screenshot of the conversation unfortunately, the site doesn't give the option. After a string of incidences, I spoke with the safeguarding officer at my children's school and was advised to report to the LADO.
