My 2yr old spent 18 months with another childminder before we found Rossi. Since he has been with Rossi, his confidence and speech have sky-rocketed. He loves going there, and talks about Rossi and her children a lot (something he never did with the previous childminder). Rossi takes great care of my little one, she provides a warm, relaxed environment, and has always been very accommodating if I've had to adjust the day or time. I would happily recommend her to anybody looking for a new childminder.
