Warm, Friendly, and Fun!

My daughter started with Sari earlier this year (2025) and was welcomed into a fun and friendly family of toddlers and young children. Nothing warms my heart more than to hear my daughter talk about one of the other children there as her 'Best Friend' and how much playing they got up to. Since joining the gang my daughter has shown a blossoming of speech clarity and vocabulary, has become much more compromising with other children, a better sharer, she's more independent when at home, and...she even now eats her food! There's a real magic at Sari's, coming from Sari's experience, that is inspiring to see as a parent.

Sari has a very calming personality and always treats the children with respect, warmth and care. Sari provides regular updates on what activities are going on during the day and also a nice summary of their time at the end of the day. Sari has also been open to discussing development and offering advice based on her experience.

I highly recommend Sari. Your child will grow in all the ways you would want as a parent. Maybe your child will find their new best friend at Sari's too.

Great and caring childminder

Sari has looked after our daughter for 3/4 days a week since November 2021. In that time Sari has been instrumental in her development, from taking her first steps there to learning about a range of subjects - numbers, words, shapes, cultural events etc.

Sari makes sure there is a range of activities to aid this development and regularly takes the children to the local play park, toddler groups or playing in the garden. She is able to provide great insight as well as flexibility, depending on the child, something that we do not take for granted and wouldn’t be provided in other child care settings.

Our daughter has an amazing time at Sari’s and looks forward to days there, it like it is her second home! We cannot recommend Sari highly enough, and we are looking forward (with absolute confidence) to our youngest spending days with Sari later in the year.

Review

I cannot recommend Sari as a childminder highly enough. I knew from the minute that my daughter leapt in to her arms that she was the right childminder for us. Sari does lots of lovely activities (dress up, singing and dancing, drawing, outdoor play, baking etc.) with the children that encourage their development. My daughters social, language and motor skills have come on dramatically since going to Saris' setting. Sari keeps us regularly updated with our daughters development and progress in her setting, including pictures (with our permission) of her enjoying lots of activities. Sari has also kept us up to date on government guidelines regarding child health and COVID in these recent times. Sari is warm, patient and engaging. I really feel as though my daughter is treated as one of the family, she literally does not stop talking about her time at Saris' when she comes home. Sadly we are relocating. Having to say goodbye to Sari is one of the biggest downsides to our move.
