Louise has looked after my little boy for two years since he started school and has always been brilliant. However, I want to provide particular acclaim for how fantastic she has been during the recent COVID pandemic. With both my younger daughter's nurseries closing to key worker children with very little notice, Louise's immediately volunteered to provide childcare cover for her at short notice and when so many people were closing their doors. Louise's focus throughout the lockdown has been pragmatic, sensible and realistic with a real focus on how this is impacting the children in her care and retaining a level of calmness and security at such a potentially stressful time for them.
