We contacted Lisa last minute as we’d been let down ahead of a trip away. She was super quick and effective in communicating everything with us and made the process really easy. It was the first time we’ve left our twin boys with anyone other than my Mum so I was nervous but after speaking with her on video call I felt at ease. My Mum was in and out while we were away and said that Lisa sent lots of pics and updates and got stuck in straight away. Was great with the boys, preparing meals, feeding and cleaning up, naps, bedtime and play. We’ll definitely reach out again if and when we’re needing help again. Thanks Lisa!
