We were very selective with who to choose as a childminder for our boy and choosing Derya was one of the best decisions we've made as parents. She is incredibly caring, understanding, open-minded, adaptive, empathetic, creative...I could go on for ages.

Whoever will have the opportunity to have Derya as their nanny will be very happy parents. I just wish there would be more people like Derya for our kids.
