Nicola joined our family as our full time nanny in Feb 2012 when I returned to work full time following my maternity leave. We have twins and Nicola's previous work experience at nannying twins twice plus her qualifications made her a very appealing candidate when we were interviewing.

Employing Nicola has been 100% the best choice we could have ever made for our chilcare. The children are developing fabulously and they simply adore her and trust her implicitely, as do my husband and I. Nicola clearly loves our children and plans their week effectively. She communicates with us all the time and knows when it's appropriate to let us know certain things like illness coming on or new words or learning new actions to songs so that we know what our kids have done each day.

Nicola is very mature for her age, professional, organised, has never had a day off sick in 12 months, she is punctual and flexible to meet our child care needs. Nicola is also very generous and gives her heart and soul to her work and does everything to a high standard.
