My twins were going to Raquel for many months. She is always occupied, so be in touch sooner with her to get space. I waited too long but wanted to send my kids to her as she is a twin mom .
My son is so shy, still he settled within a day at her place .
friendly and welcoming environment at her place with lots of toys to occupy kids. Food/ snacks were also good that kids never touched lunchbox given by me
Best part is, she used to take kids outside to playgroups, soft play and parks which I was failing due to new job.
Kids enjoyed her company alot and still miss her.
Cant thank her enough for her help when i was getting late due to work or need help at some early hours. during some circumstances she dropped kids at home too.
Be assured that your kids are in safe hands and happily enjoying their time with her.

After finishing my maternity leave, I was very anxious to take my son to nursery as planned. The settle in sessions were not going well and I was feeling nervous thinking about going back to my full-time job. However, we found Raquel and we knew she would provide a great care for our only kid as soon as she opened the door.
Her house was very clean, homey, and welcoming, and she was very calm, motherly, and warm. Raquel started caring for our son the day after his first birthday and fast forward, after almost 2 years full time care, it has been an exceptional experience for us. We feel Raquel and her children are like second family to our son and we are very grateful for that.
She is very patient, well organised, and full of energy. Always provides freshly healthy home cooked meals and snacks. Keeps records of children’s developments and progresses. She is very flexible with occasional late/early pickup and drop off and treats every kid as an individual and appreciate their special characteristics.
She takes the kids to different parks and playgrounds almost every day (considering the weather) and her house and her back garden is full of different fun and exciting activities for rainy days.
She sends us several pictures and videos during the day which gives us the feeling that although we are not there with our son, we are part of his day-to-day care.
Our son always asks if he can stay a bit longer to play some more and it is the most comforting thing that every parent wants to hear.
Cannot recommend her enough to any parents who are looking for a safe, nurturing, and happy place for their child to grow and develop.

Raquel looked after my son Przemek for a year. Full day care during the summer period, also morning and afternoon sessions during the school year. Her home is warm and welcoming. The children have lots of space to play inside and in the back garden, with a huge range of toys and games. Raquel is a mum of 4 wonderful children. I noticed she’s well organised, very patient and full of creative ideas of how to organise time for the kids. She treated Przemek as her own child. As a parent I love seeing my only child happy. Sometimes, when I came to pick my son up he was asking for another 5 minutes play time before we go home, he had so much fun. I can’t thank her enough for all the help and kindness. I would recommend Raquel to all parents.

Raquel and her assistants cared for my son for 7months. I was reluctant to leave my son in any sort of care so young at 17months but was forced to due to work commitments. I found Raquel from this website and took an instant liking to her. She was the one and only childminder i visted, i had visited some nursey. However my husband and myself were happy with her from just meeting her once.
What i liked about the set up was it was like a mini nursery and my child wouldnt get bored beacuse she had a number of other children in her care. The house was immaculate despite children residing in it and set up very well for childminding.
My son settled in within a few weeks and enjoyed his time there and i was confident enough to leave him there. I chose Raquel over the nursery as i feel he wouldnt have recieved the same level of care at nursery with the ratio of carer to child. I felt he was safe and Raquel provided well balance meals and detailed this in a report daily. My son also had hes own folder with his daily activites timetable and progress. Hes speech has developed very well with thanks to Raquel.
I am very sorry to that Raquel is leaving Luton and do not feel I will find such a great childminder and would highly recommend her. I would not hestitate in using her again. Raquel offers a very professional but personal service and i have known other childminders personally that do not offer such service.

Raquel looked after my 2 year old son temporarily for 3 weeks, she is a fantastic childminder, very energetic with genuine love for children. I had no worries about the care for my son in the time that Raquel looked after him unfortunately I require a housekeeper nanny which why I only required her services for 3 weeks but I will keep in touch with her and use her services again when the need arises. I will recommend Raquel to anyone who is looking for a loving and caring childminder she is very good in all areas of childcare.

Raquel has been caring for my daughter for the last year and has been great throughout. My daughter loves going to Raquel and calls her Aunty.
Raquel has helped our daughter develop in all areas such as potty training, speech and vocabulary. She also uses learning through play and everyday my daughter excitedly gives me her days art and craft work.
Raquel also takes our daughter to numerous play schools and clubs to encourage and improve her social skills in preparation for going to school.
Raquel lhas been very generous with short term cover and occasional late pick ups or unusual hours.
I have only positive things to say regarding the care Raquel provides and will certainly be registering our next toddler with her.
