About Me
We moved to the Leatherhead area two years ago and now our son is going to primary school. He is our only child and my husband and I work full-time. It’s a juggle as one of us is a teacher and the other works in London….but we (sort of) make it work! We have limited contacts and never even had a babysitter and so with H now starting a local primary school our needs are changing.
My Requirements
We are looking for someone who can working flexibly. At a minimum, we can offer 5 hours a week: drop off Monday morning plus another morning / evening day, in a mix that is fully negotiable to suit all.
Our hope is the arrangement would look something like:
Morning: Come to our house help with breakfast/clothing/bag, drive H from our house, drop him at school (5 min drive) by no later than 8.45am.
Afternoon/pick up: collect and bring home, shower and dinner.
Whilst we are super flexible, we do kindly look for someone who is committed to the area and will be able to work with us long term. H has been with the same childminder and nursery since he was 2, plus we like the idea of being able to find someone who is more community-based, who can be reliable, have full up-to-date DBS, non-smoker, full clean driving licence.
We like animals, but don’t have any!
