Shari showed such warmth towards our boys (4.5 years and 1 year) from the moment we met her that our sometimes very shy older son immediately gave her a high five. This was really reassuring for us as it was our first experience of using a sitter. Shari arrived promptly on both of the agreed days, followed our routine whilst also being flexible to the boys' needs, and was great at entertaining the two of them with all of their favourite toys. This was a hugely positive experience for us all and we will definitely book Shari again in the future.
