Natalie looked after both of our children over the course of more than a decade. Simply put, she is one of the most reliable, caring, and genuinely gifted childminders you could ever hope to find.

Our eldest started with Natalie when he was 9 months old, and when our daughter came along a couple of years later, it was a very easy decision to place her in Natalie’s care too. They both remained with Natalie until they were each 11 years old. Having that continuity and support over such formative years made a huge difference to our family.

What stood out most to us was the way Natalie treated both children as individuals—understanding their personalities, their needs, and their different ways of learning and expressing themselves. She created a nurturing environment filled with fun, creativity, routine, and kindness. Our children felt safe and truly happy in her care.
