Tracy was a quick responding to messages and very polite. However it’s very disappointing to get a text from her 30 minutes before the scheduled meeting time to let me know that my location was too far for her to travel where as my address was provided to her 6 days prior. I don’t like wasting anyone’s time and I would expect same from others too.
