Louise is such a legend!

Great communication and happy to make suitable arrangements and communicate any and all concerns, good and bad.

Very loving and full of joyful energy with my kids, they got to know each other and brought in her whole family, welcomed my kids warmly in her service and whole household.

Happy to boost their curiosity for local exploration, and support their likes and dislikes accordingly.

I am disabled and had difficulty getting my kids their lunch.

Louise reassured me she will gladly get them something and just pass me the receipt afterwards.

Even offered to get a shopping list for me if required, and shared from their own prepared lunch at home, including my kids in their meal 🥰

She's an absolute star and very very supportive towards me when she can, bringing a very refreshing spirit and inspiration to keep enjoying and respecting our kids lovingly as can be 🤩

At the same time Louise wins over the kids' respect in return. They keep bringing up the great time they had and looking forward to their next meet up already 🦆🌈
