Chia looks after our 5 year old daughter who doesn’t go to school full time yet and we think she’s amazing. She always has loads of fun planned for Millie, baking, crafts, trips out and agreeing to the hours of playing babies that she demands. The relationship they have built is really special. For us, she’s really organised, quick at comms and flexible. Millie has Down Syndrome and Chia is always keen to learn more about her needs and work to meet them. Most importantly she approaches Millie in the same way as any other child. Their moto is ‘Millie can do anything!’ We don’t know what we would do without her.
