My Requirements

We have had a nanny caring just for our girls 4 days a week for the past 5 months. Unfortunately, she was struggling to balance the role with her studies so will sadly be leaving us mid February. Now our son is settled into school we are looking for an Ofsted Registered Nanny for 30 hours a week over 3 days, 8-6. We can be flexible on the days but our preference would be 3 days in row as we've found it's easier for the little ones to settle in that way. Our son would go to breakfast club so wouldn't be here when you arrived. You would care for our girls during the day. Then collect and care for our son after School, preparing dinner for them before you leave for the day( School is just round the corner). We would be looking to employ you on a Fixed Term contract until September (for 7 months) as we expect the girls to start nursery later in the year. If we were all happy there would be room to discuss how we move forward from there as I may be looking to take on more hours etc, so open to ongoing communication about finding something that works for all of us beyond then.

We have had strong relationships with our previous childcare providers and are looking for someone who will be honest, open and communicative with us and will develop a real bond with our kids. Our son thrived in a Montessori environment so bonus points if you have experience with this. We would love for our children to have time spent outdoors exploring. We could discuss a small allowance for activities etc but we're hoping that you'll spend most of your time on foot/bike exploring what the local area has to offer. We are not looking for a housekeeper and hope the kids would be your focus, but would love for you to tidy up after them throughout the day.
